Technical Support Just wanted to say thanks and to let everyone know about the quality tecnical support that you folks at Johnnie's Office Systems offer to your customers.
During an important testing event going on at our location our e-Studio 520 got into an altercation with one of our employees and the front cover jammed up and would not shut completely. This was late in the day about 4:00 or 4:15 when I called for help, and explained that this is important that I get this fixed with all that was going on that day. By 4:50 a tech was out at our site and done by 4:59, problem fixed.

After trying many things and having a service tech from the company we purchased it from look at it, I called Debbie from Johnnie's Office System for help. Later, Adam from Johnnie's call and gave me a contact name from DataCap (they work on Printronix Printers). After two call, our printer was up and running.

The paper is thick and is covered with a slick coating and it was almost impossible to get one 8x12 page (consisting of 8 cards each)to print and not be ruined. We had to feed each page one at a time which was very time consuming since we ran several pages at at time. Debbie and your service technician, Robert, came up with a solution and set it in motion. I want to tell you how great our 210C did last week. We ran 33,000 color clicks wihtout any problems. I changed each toner cartridge one time and had very few minor paper jams. Our customer was really pleased with the quality and fast delivery. Also, Vicki and I really are appreciative of Robert and all of the service technicians.
